By accessing this website or engaging Vibe Tech Nexus for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All services are provided on a best-effort consultancy basis.

We provide services including but not limited to: • Website Development • Web Applications • Mobile Applications • UI/UX Design • Software Development • API Integrations • Maintenance & Technical Support Project scope will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement.

All projects follow a structured milestone-based payment model: • 25% advance payment — At the start of the project • 25% payment — After Frontend completion • 25% payment — After Backend completion • 25% payment — After Final Deployment Important Conditions: • Work will not proceed to the next phase without milestone payment clearance. • All invoices must be paid within the agreed due date. • Delayed payments may result in suspension of work.

If payment is overdue: • A late fee of 2% per month may be charged on outstanding balances. • Project work may be paused until payment is received. • Source code, files, credentials, and deployment may be withheld until full payment clearance.

Due to the nature of digital services: • All payments are strictly non-refundable. • Once a milestone has started, no refunds will be provided. • Advance payments and milestone payments are final.

A. Cancellation by Client • The initial 25% advance is non-refundable. • Completed milestones must be paid in full. • Work completed beyond paid milestones will be invoiced accordingly. B. Cancellation by Vibe Tech Nexus We may terminate or suspend services if: • Payments are not made • Client breaches agreement terms • Client engages in unlawful activity • Client fails to provide required materials No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Vibe Tech Nexus agrees to maintain confidentiality of client information, including source code, business plans, credentials, and financial information. We will not disclose confidential information without written consent and will use it solely for project execution. Confidentiality obligations survive project completion.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment. Until full payment, all intellectual property remains with Vibe Tech Nexus. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The client agrees to: • Provide necessary content, credentials, and approvals on time • Ensure all provided materials are lawful • Respond to communications promptly We are not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity.

Delivery timelines depend on scope complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies. Scope changes may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

All services are provided “as is” and on a best-effort consultancy basis. We do not guarantee revenue growth, SEO rankings, app store approvals, or third-party platform uptime.

Vibe Tech Nexus shall not be liable for indirect damages, business interruption, or data loss due to third-party providers. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or internet outages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
